At LuxPupy LLC, we are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on every order to all 50 states within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. No minimum purchase is required, and no additional shipping fees will be charged at checkout.
1. Shipping Destinations
We ship exclusively to addresses within the 50 United States. We do not currently offer international shipping, ship to U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico), or deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
2. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
- Handling Time: All orders are carefully processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
- Transit Time: Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days via our trusted carriers (such as FedEx or UPS).
- Order Cut-off: To have your order processed the same day, please place it by 8:00 PM (GMT-07:00) Mountain Standard Time (Denver). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
3. Order Tracking & Delivery
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link as soon as your order is on its way. You can also track your order on our website’s “Order Tracking” page.
4. Shipping Issues & Damaged Items
- Damaged Shipments: If your item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund.
- Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows no updates for more than 5 business days, or if it is marked “delivered” but you have not received your package, contact us immediately for assistance.

Return And Refund Policy
This Return and Refund Policy is part of our overall Terms & Conditions and should be reviewed alongside our Privacy and Shipping policies. By purchasing from luxpupy.us, you agree to abide by the terms set forth below.
Returns
Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
Return Process:
- Contact: Email support@luxpupy.us with your order number and reason for return to initiate the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
- Pack: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, if possible.
- Ship: Ship the item to the address provided by our support team using a trackable shipping service. The RMA number must be included with the return.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and any associated insurance.
- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label only if the return is due to our error (e.g., we shipped an incorrect, damaged, or defective item).
Refund Processing:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (via Stripe) once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Approved Refunds: Processed within 6 business days of our receipt and approval of the return.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation, please check with your bank or credit card company first. If the issue persists, contact us at support@luxpupy.us.
Exchanges or Damaged Products:
- Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
- Damaged or Defective Items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@luxpupy.us. Please provide your order number and photos/video of the damage or defect. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost, including a prepaid return label if needed.
