FAQ's

Q1: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) securely through Stripe. We do not accept PayPal, cash on delivery, or bank transfers at this time.

Q2: Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently ship only within the 50 United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). We do not ship to U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Q3: How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 3-5 business days via FedEx or UPS. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Q4: What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and accessories. Contact us first at support@luxpupy.us for a Return Authorization (RMA) number. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error.

Q5: How do I track my order?
After your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also visit the “Order Tracking” page on our website and enter your order number and email.

Q6: What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@luxpupy.us with your order number and photos/video of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label.

Q7: Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us immediately if you need to cancel or modify your order. We can only make changes if the order hasn’t been shipped yet. Email us at support@luxpupy.us or call +1 (970) 555-4312.

Q8: Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund (following our return process) and place a new order for the desired item.

Q9: Are prices on the website final?
All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes. We reserve the right to adjust prices and correct pricing errors at any time. The price charged is the one in effect when your order is placed.

Q10: How is my personal information used?
We collect information to process orders, improve your shopping experience, and for marketing (with your consent). We do not sell your data. For details, see our Privacy Policy. You can opt out of marketing emails anytime via the unsubscribe link.

Q11: Who hosts your online store?
Our store is powered by WooCommerce, which helps us manage orders, payments, and shipping. WooCommerce processes some of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
