Return And Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy is part of our overall Terms & Conditions and should be reviewed alongside our Privacy and Shipping policies. By purchasing from luxpupy.us, you agree to abide by the terms set forth below.

Returns

Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.

Return Process:

  1. Contact: Email support@luxpupy.us with your order number and reason for return to initiate the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
  2. Pack: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, if possible.
  3. Ship: Ship the item to the address provided by our support team using a trackable shipping service. The RMA number must be included with the return.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and any associated insurance.
  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label only if the return is due to our error (e.g., we shipped an incorrect, damaged, or defective item).

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (via Stripe) once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Approved Refunds: Processed within 6 business days of our receipt and approval of the return.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation, please check with your bank or credit card company first. If the issue persists, contact us at support@luxpupy.us.

Exchanges or Damaged Products:

  • Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@luxpupy.us. Please provide your order number and photos/video of the damage or defect. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost, including a prepaid return label if needed.
