Shipping Policy

At LuxPupy LLC, we are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on every order to all 50 states within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. No minimum purchase is required, and no additional shipping fees will be charged at checkout.

1. Shipping Destinations
We ship exclusively to addresses within the 50 United States. We do not currently offer international shipping, ship to U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico), or deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

2. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

  • Handling Time: All orders are carefully processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Transit Time: Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days via our trusted carriers (such as FedEx or UPS).
  • Order Cut-off: To have your order processed the same day, please place it by 8:00 PM (GMT-07:00) Mountain Standard Time (Denver). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

3. Order Tracking & Delivery
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link as soon as your order is on its way. You can also track your order on our website’s “Order Tracking” page.

4. Shipping Issues & Damaged Items

  • Damaged Shipments: If your item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows no updates for more than 5 business days, or if it is marked “delivered” but you have not received your package, contact us immediately for assistance.

5. Order Changes, Cancellations, and Returns

  • To modify or cancel an order, please contact us before it has been shipped.
