Shipping Locations
- United States Only: We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
- No International Shipping: We do not offer worldwide shipping at this time.
- No Deliveries to U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, or P.O. Boxes: We are unable to ship to U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico), military addresses, or P.O. boxes.
Shipping Fees
- Free Shipping: All standard shipping within the US is free of charge.
- Additional Charges: Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii may incur an additional shipping fee, calculated during checkout.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
- Shipping Carriers: We partner with trusted carriers such as FedEx and UPS to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Transit Time: Once shipped, deliveries usually take 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
- Estimated Delivery Window: Most orders will arrive within 4–7 business days from the purchase date (excluding weekends and federal holidays).
Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing:
- A tracking number
- A tracking link
- An estimated delivery date

Delivery Information
- Standard Delivery: A signature is not typically required unless your order includes high-value items.
- Oversized Items: For large cat trees or multi-piece orders, carriers may schedule a delivery window.
- Missed Deliveries: If delivery fails, the carrier will attempt up to 3 times. You may also be asked to pick up the item at a local facility.
Shipping Issues
Lost Packages
If tracking shows no updates for 5 business days, or if your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, contact us at support@luxpupy.us. We’ll investigate and, if necessary, send a replacement at no cost.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:
- Refuse delivery if damage is visible.
- Otherwise, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
We’ll arrange a free return or replacement.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If your order is missing items or includes incorrect products, contact us within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll promptly resolve the issue.
Modifications & Cancellations
- Modify an Order: To make changes, contact us before your order ships.
- Cancel an Order: Orders can be canceled for a full refund if they have not yet shipped. Shipped orders must be handled via our Return and Refund Policy.
Delivery Delays
Occasionally, weather events, holidays, or carrier issues may cause delays. We will inform you of any changes and provide updated delivery information as needed.
