• Special Deliveries: Oversized items may require scheduled delivery; missed deliveries can be picked up locally.

Return & Refund Overview

• Return Window: Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

• Return Conditions: Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and free of pet hair, stains, or damage. Customized items and used or sale items may not be returned.
